UKBA saves £50m by re-negotiating IABS contract with IBM

Enterprise Architects played a key role in assisting UKBA to re-negotiate the IABS contract.

The savings were attained through simplifying the IABS technical and security aspects of the solution.

In addition components of the National Identity Scheme that were no longer needed were removed from the architecture of the solution.
